Our Tip of the day: No-bake-Medellin-Dateballs😍! Amazing option for a healthy snack or something to eat before/after a workout (I love to have them with me when I travel). Only takes 10min to make them.


How we make them:

1 cup peanuts, or other nut of choice
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 cups soft Medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons coconut oil

1. Use a blender or food processor to mix everything together. Shred the dates first.
2. Make little balls out of them and store them in the fridge.
